Description of the test system:
With a patented drive and measuring system along with an extremely rigid measuring platform, components such as pistons or cylinders can be easily clamped (with claws) in addition to model test systems such as balls and plates. The modular structure makes it very easy to modify the system. Option: The tested instance can be modified with 3 temperature sensors for measuring and regulating. The measuring platforms with the different sensors can be exchanged and sent in for calibration. The respective sensor is automatically recognized. The test bench is computer-controlled and monitored by software. All unprocessed signals are also electrically transmitted externally. Excel tables are used for inputting parameters and data output. The test bench frame is made of solid granite to reduce vibration.

Wear condition: The cylinder segment surface rubs against the long, wide plate surface. |
Wear condition: The cylinder segment surface rubs against the narrow plate surface. |
Wear condition: The surface line of one cylinder slides against the small contact surface of the other cylinder. |
